Love You a Little Bit

Francesca Palmer, one half of the chart–topping country music duo Whiskey Wild, has built her life on the road and in the spotlight. But when she discovers her boyfriend has been cheating, her world is turned upside down. Craving peace and clarity, Francesca retreats to her quaint hometown of Hume, Tennessee, where she hopes to find solace and rediscover herself away from the pressures of fame.

Edison Birch spent his entire life in Hume, running the local plant nursery alongside his sister. Known for his steady nature and deep connection to the town, Edison has long accepted that love might not be in the cards for him. That is, until Francesca, the girl he secretly adored in high school, returns to town, bringing a spark of excitement and possibility back into his quiet life.

When the two reconnect, their old friendship blossoms into something neither of them expected, igniting a chemistry that feels both natural and electric. As Francesca and Edison navigate their deepening relationship, the realities of her life in the public eye loom large. Francesca is torn between the career she’s worked so hard to build and the love she’s found with Edison. Meanwhile, Edison wrestles with the fear of losing the woman who’s become his heart’s greatest hope. With their worlds so vastly different, they must decide if the love they’ve found is strong enough to bridge the gap—or if it’s destined to be a bittersweet memory of a summer in Hume.
