Letters to Tommi is a journal of letters written by a grieving heart after the passing of a partner. The idea was sparked during therapy, after the author found himself in a very dark place following his loss. At the suggestion of a therapist, who will remain anonymous. He began writing letters to his partner as a way to quiet the constant thoughts, to release what could not yet be spoken, and to maintain a sense of connection with the person he had lost. What began as a simple exercise became something far more powerful. Writing proved more healing than talking, allowing grief to unfold at its own pace while preserving a private, honest bond with someone no longer present in body, but forever present in mind and heart.
