Tri Sharira, three bodies we hold,

Gross, subtle, causal, ancient and bold.

Yogic connections, pathways align,

Energy flows, chakras shine.

Vasana, impressions from past,

Shape our actions, shadows cast.

Eham, desires in life’s play,

Drive our journey, day by day.

Self-knowledge, wisdom’s light,

Atma’s truth, inner sight.

Kosha layers, fivefold sheath,

From physical to bliss beneath.

Chakras spin, energy’s wheel,

Balance and harmony, we feel.

Nadis flow, channels of life,

Kundalini rises, ending strife.
