Judge Locks Up Catholic School Counselor for Having Sex with Student

Emily Nutley, 43, told an Ohio judge this week that she believes losing her family, job, teaching license, and reputation is punishment enough for having sex with a student. Despite her appeal for leniency, the judge handed down a prison sentence instead of probation.
