He began his wrestling career in 1999, joining WWE in 2001 and becoming a 16-time world champion, a record he shares with Ric Flair. Initially a villainous rapper, "The Doctor of Thuganomics," he transitioned to a heroic character. Cena is also a five-time WWE United States Champion and a two-time Royal Rumble winner. Cena has starred in films like The Marine and is also known for his philanthropic activities, especially with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
