Beautifully written, lyrical, and inspiring poetry for those who are in the midst of a transformation, refocusing on themselves to heal their relationship with themselves or after a break-up. I think it’s an ideal read if you’re need some words of encouragement to stay on the path to healing and self-love.It does become very repetitive and quite “preachy”/the us heal the world in the end which is the reason for the 3 stars. But if you enjoy beautifully written poetry the first half of the book is worth the read.
