Self-Hypnosis to Boost Self-Esteem Self-esteem is the measure of the confidence that you have in yourself. There are ways to overcome the steady diet of negativity. Personal self-esteem is a flexible thing. It can fall and rise on the basis of a word or a look. One of the best ways to overcome poor self-esteem is hypnosis.
