Bonus points if you do it right in front of them or leave the remains where they can see it. • Tell them what the return on that $4.50 latte would have been after 30 years in the market. • Mention “the budget” several times a day. Even when nobody asked. • Don’t mention any of the things you do appreciate about them until they come over to your side.
