Today we are exploring Morning Routines ☀️
'Morning Routines' have been thrown around a lot recently and been used almost like a trend. We feel overwhelmed and stressed out after seeing other peoples versions of a Morning Routine. We fear that we aren't "doing enough" or "doing it right" - which obviously is not the goal with Morning Routines!!!
In this episode, I speak about how to not get overwhelmed by the mountains of information you can find on Morning Routines, I tell you about my current Morning Routine and I give you the HOW. How to develop your own Morning Routine that is empowering, exciting and supports you on 3 DIFFERENT LEVELS! (I chat about the 3 targets to hit in a Morning Routine).
