This session guides you through a mindful body scan, specifically identifying areas where tension and discomfort reside. By breathing consciously into these spaces, you will allow physical and mental tightness to simply melt away.
You will also explore the practice of wanting the things you already have, a transformative shift that leads to true contentment. The session culminates in a beautiful, ancient Hawaiian prayer for healing, the Ho'oponopono, allowing you to offer yourself forgiveness and love.
Today, we use the breath as a tool for healing, clearing the way for a life led by gratitude and joy.
