For the Love of it!: Maintain a love and passion for the process of exploring your potential.

All too often, when learning new skills and the honeymoon phase wears off, we become stuck in the process. When everything seems to have come to a grinding halt and we are met with failures and challenges, we often loose interest simply because we listen to our inner narrative that tells us that this must be a sign. A sign that we aren't talented, intelligent or lucky enough to be any good. So we listen to ourselves and quite often the world around us, that preaches to us, that it is best to know we should hang in the towel and give up.

But the things is, our brains are designed to remember our incomplete tasks much more than our completed ones. This is why we often allow our past failures and given up dreams to take ownership of us. We simply aren't designed to let go of them until they are completed.

But in this book, I go into detail about how you can rekindle your passion so that you don't allow yourself to get to this stage and give up on yourself. I help you through the battles so that you can re-connect with the very reason you started out in the first place, because you had a love for something that was once important to you.

In this day and age, it's never going to be about whether you win or lose, it's all about how you play the game. And that's all life is, a game that is best played when you are in love with the process of overcoming it's little hick-ups.

Because, in life, it often seems like the harder we try and the more important our goals and dreams are to us, the further away they become and the more overwhelming they feel. This is why it's way easier to "check-out" than it is to stay buried in the process of achieving them. I get it. But if you listen to what I have to share in this book, I am certain that you will no longer feel the heavy burden of the self overwhelming expectations that smother your passion and love for the journey of exploring your potential.
