My name is Ashok Chawla .I was born in Saharanpur City on 12th of November 1965.To keep myself fut it is my habit . I love games and sports, I kept on reading and learning on the the subject which helped me a lot in my journey of overall wellbeing. Than I realised that I should not hold my experience to myself. Health meetings and seminars on fitness became part of my life, the best part was one day I got a feeling that I am more satisfied in innercore and more relaxed deep inside -- the journey of helping people was changing me as well. One day ia thought clicked how I can help more people or how I can reach more people so that the paths of fitness and wellbeing open up for them as well . The idea materialized in the form of FIT INDIA HIT INDIA.
