In the town of Haworth in the West Riding of Yorkshire, during the early 19th Century, one family was the source of some of the greatest novels and poetry of their times. The three sisters; Charlotte, Anne and Emily-Jane, lived tragically short lives and yet produced work that is still lauded today.

Of the three, Emily Jane is probably the most talented poet but that is not to diminish the talents of her sisters who with every word have left legacies that few, if any, could equal.
