This episode looks at Daniel 1 and the righteous decision made by Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego. While others chose to follow the king's orders, Daniel and his friends spoke up to defend their personal devotion to the one true God. God honored their commitment and proved Himself to these young men. We learn from this lesson that God has called us to separate ourselves unto Him and be holy.
