Thought traps are patterns of thought that often appear negative to us. We can often get stuck in them and find ourselves overthinking and paying too much attention to our minds. This often prevents us from seeing things as they really are, and instead, we look at life through the distorted lens of our unhelpful thinking.
In this episode, we help you in Identifying where you fall into these traps and how to come out of them more easily by understanding what thought is and how it works. We explore how to be present in the moment, and see how the only thing we are really up against is our own thinking. We show you how understanding The Three Principles begins to help us to unravel many years of unhelpful, thoughts, beliefs and behaviours.
We hope you enjoy the show.
