In this weeks 10 minutes of Magic episode we are going through more night time affirmations to set yourself up for a beautiful, healing sleep. Affirmations are those things we say about ourselves or about our lives. The more we say these affirmations the more we program them into us and they become beliefs. Many of us are falling to sleep stressed, worried or in fear. The last conscious thought you have before you sleep, manifests through the night. It is important to fall asleep peaceful, calm and grateful so that those are the things that manifest over night.
I recommend getting ready for bed and setting yourself up in bed before pressing play on this episode. You can listen to these affirmations during an evening meditation or let them play while you're falling asleep so that you have these beautiful words sinking into your subconscious.
