Hello Magical Human & welcome back to Madison Mindset the Podcast 🧚🏼🌱

This episode is unlike any other I have recorded before. We recently celebrated our beautiful Yoga Studios 1st birthday and we organised a community Satsang (meeting in truth). Everyone in attendance wrote a question, thoughts or idea on a piece of paper, we put them all in a bowl and drew them out openly and discussed them as a human community. It was so beautiful and the connections made around the space were inspiring.

I thought to bring some of those questions onto the podcast so you could be included and perhaps share some of the togetherness we experienced as a group.
