Matt Maiocco and Jennifer Lee Chan discuss the biggest departure the 49ers saw on the opening day of NFL free agency, Dre Greenlaw. The names kept piling up throughout the day, though, as San Francisco bid adieu to OT Jaylon Moore, RB Elijah Mitchell, DB Talanoa Hufanga, OL Aaron Banks, QB Joshua Dobbs, CB Charvarius Ward and FB Kyle Juszczyk. Matt and Jennifer discuss the impact of these free agents signing elsewhere, most expected, but with a few surprises. The day wasn’t full of departures, however, as they retained backup RB Patrick Taylor Jr. and reportedly signed TE Luke Farrell. Matt and Jennifer discuss the state of the roster and and what the 49ers' next moves should be following a busy day of movement.
