DM Tips: Reining in Rule of Cool

Recorded on Easter Sunday so happy Easter, Dungeon Masters and Dungeon Delvers! In this extended ramble, I talk abou Rule of Cool and try to figure out how to use it in the context of the game without leaving it on to abuse. TLDR; let's mechanize it. I chose to tie it to Inspiration (and I talk about how to make Inspiration something more mechanically and transparently achievable) and put it into the players' hands to evoke.
