Crowned by the Feral Monarch: A Primal Alien Royalty Romance

Elara Voss didn't survive the crash by accident. She fought her way out while others froze, and now she's standing on a moon that glows at dusk and answers to no human law.

The Xylo were here first. Towering, obsidian-skinned, built like the jungle shaped them personally. Human blood triggers something deep in their biology, an irreversible mating response they call the Blood-Bond. It doesn't negotiate.

King Thalor leads the most powerful tribe on this moon. When he claims a human woman as royal tribute, he expects compliance. He gets Elara instead.

She argues back. She refuses to kneel. Inside his opulent tent, the thick smell of night-blooming jungle flowers pressing through the canvas, she challenges every command he gives. Thalor's instincts say possess her. But the more she pushes, the more he wants exactly that fire, not her submission.

It becomes a game neither of them planned. Pursuit. Resistance. The line between the two wearing thinner by the day. And while Elara battles the pull she refuses to name, rival warlords are already moving on his territory, and his own tribe is watching, waiting for him to flinch.

He won't. Thalor would reduce his kingdom to ash before he lets another warrior near her.

One defiant human woman. One alien king who doesn't know how to want something without consuming it entirely.

Who ends up taming whom?

***

While each story in the Xylo Blood-Bond series can be read as a standalone, the law of the moon remains the same: on the glowing soil of Xylo, your blood is the only contract a warrior needs to claim you forever.

The ship wasn't supposed to come down here. It did anyway.

When a human colonization vessel tears through the atmosphere of Xylo, it doesn't land so much as break apart, scattering survivors across a world that has never welcomed outsiders. The moon is stunning in the dark, bioluminescent light coating every surface in cold blue and green. Beautiful. Ruthless. Ruled by the Xylo: towering, lethal warriors living by a primal code that human law can't touch.

For centuries they've sealed their borders against the stars. Then five human women crawl out of the wreckage, and everything the Xylo thought they'd contained comes undone.

One scent triggers it. The Blood-Bond: a biological fever, absolute and unstoppable, that locks a Xylo warrior into obsessive possession. No rank overrides it. No reason survives it. From the shadow-silent Void-Stalkers to the iron rule of the Feral Monarchs, five warriors reach into the wreckage and claim what the bond has already decided is theirs.

No negotiation. No escape. Only the connection itself, primal and total, turning every protector into a possessor.

On Xylo, to bleed is to belong.
