Historie
Since his academic background is in Art History, John C. Vitale has always been fascinated by Vincent Van Gogh's life, particularly the 1,600 letters the painter wrote to his brother, Theo. To make Van Gogh's words accessible without requiring readers to delve into the extensive correspondence, Vitale created Conversations with Vincent Van Gogh, a hypothetical interview that expresses his deep admiration for the artist.
