I do recommend listening to the last episode "An Introduction to the Chakra System" as it gives you an idea of what the Chakra System is and how we can use it for self healing.
You can listen to this episode in meditation or as you're falling to sleep. You can listen to it as you go about your day - just be mindful when doing activities such as driving (may be unsafe when driving).
