Burning Halo: Rookie Chaos in the Flames of Control

In the middle of a busy city fire station, Raphael shows up as a rookie firefighter with a problem. He’s a fallen healer angel, exiled from Heaven, and his grace doesn’t behave anymore. Power glitches at the worst times. Under the hard-eyed command of Captain Mia Torres, he quickly becomes her biggest headache and the one temptation she can’t afford.

Every drill turns sideways. Hoses burst. Alarms stutter. Golden light leaks where it shouldn’t, soaking the bay floor and rattling nerves. Mia sees a liability, a walking disaster who could torch everything she’s fought to build. Still, she can’t miss the easy smile or the quiet moments when Raphael’s confidence slips and something raw shows through.

Late shifts stretch long. Coffee goes cold. Silence starts to mean more than words. The attraction creeps in, unwelcome and hard to shut down. Raphael wrestles with what it means to live without divine certainty, while Mia faces her fear of losing control and losing him. When interference from Heaven turns sharp and betrayal sparks an inferno, their bond is pushed to the edge.

Fire can save lives or take them. Together, they’ll have to choose.

How much are they willing to burn for what they want?

Dive into the Fallen Flames Series, where heavenly exiles fight fires by day and kindle unstoppable passion by night each standalone romance heats up the station with its own fiery hero.

In the Fallen Flames series, exiled angels from Heaven’s fire ranks are dropped to Earth as punishment. Their wings are gone. Their power is throttled. To atone, they’re assigned to a busy city fire station, trading celestial glory for turnout gear and night shifts.

Their flames don’t behave like they used to. Once sacred and precise, now they glitch flaring with human emotion. Desire. Jealousy. Love. Every surge throws sparks where they don’t belong. Each book follows one fallen angel chasing redemption while fighting real fires and messier ones inside. Sirens cut the night. Smoke clings to skin. Magic misfires at the worst moments.

The women who cross their paths don’t bow to heavenly ego. They’re sharp, grounded, and unimpressed by divine attitude. Attraction complicates everything. Power slips. Control frays. What starts as arrogance turns into need neither side planned for.

Blending steamy heat, romantic comedy, heroic rescues, and light romantasy stakes, the series delivers danger, humor, and forbidden longing in equal measure. Fires are fought. Lines are crossed. And every angel faces the same risk.

Can a fallen angel fall in love without burning it all down?
