Brahma Sutra in English rhyme

Upon the page, the Sutra lies, A glimpse of truth for questing eyes.

By Badarayana composed with grace, To find the Absolute's embrace.

It takes the Upanishads deep, The scattered truths that sages keep.

And organizes, verse by verse, The cosmos' fundamental curse... or source!

Brahman's the theme, the one, sole base, Beyond all form, beyond all space.

From doubt and dualism it steers, And calms the mind's confusing fears.

The text declares the soul must strive, To know the source that keeps it alive.

A sacred thread, for those who seek, The wisdom that the scriptures speak.
