"Please be my date on Saturday night’s party…" Mr. Easton Gonzalez said after submitting the report I had written earlier. The yellow folder he was handing me back hung in the air as I stared at him in shock. "Excuse me?" I shrieked, my gaze fixed on his. "I'm not going on a date with you!" I exclaimed, glaring at my boss. "Don’t worry Miss Bell, it’s a fake date…" my boss informed me and I felt like I was splashed with cold water on the face. Easton Gonzalez, the CEO of Gonzalez Steel Manufacturing and Industries asked his personal assistant Chloe Bell to be his fake date on their company’s Silver Anniversary to annoy and upset his ex-wife who cheated on him with his best friend. He chose Chloe out of all the girls around him because he knew Chloe wasn’t like the other girls who were crazy about him.
