Blind Leadership

Not every failed leader is weak,

and not every collapse is caused by inexperience.

Blind Leadership is the most dangerous form of leadership—

when a leader moves with absolute confidence… yet cannot see.

They see orders but miss consequences,

hear reports but ignore signals,

and lead their team believing they are in control,

while reality quietly collapses beneath them.

This work is not about an ignorant leader,

but about the leader blinded by pressure, ego, or critical time,

making the right decision at the wrong moment,

choosing attack when withdrawal was survival.

It is a journey into the leader’s mind

at the moment the compass is lost,

when leadership shifts

from a source of safety…

into a hidden threat.
