Running Bittersweet has been nothing short of a rollercoaster—and not the fun kind. Between kitchen fires and unreliable helpers, I've been on a first-name basis with disaster.

Enter Constantine.

With his teenage brother in tow, Constantine whips up pastries with an expertise that leaves me both impressed and intrigued.

But it's not just his skills that catch my attention. Constantine brings a new dynamic to my life, forcing me to rethink my priorities.
