Bahlika

Bahlika was the second son for King Prateep and elder brother of Shantanu. He was Bhishma Pitamaha’s uncle who fought in the Mahabharata war from Kaurava side, upon request from Dhritarashtra.

On the fourteenth day when the battle continued till after sunset after the death of Jayadrath, he was killed by Bhima in a duel.

His son Somdatta and grandson Bhurishrava also fought in the great war and were both killed by Satyaki.
