In addition, the interviews with many of the NASA officials of that Apollo-era, are also presented here. All of these historical figures bring to the public their invaluable and collective recollections of this historic mission in their own words of those kinder gentler days at the pinnacle of America's technological superiority. The introduction and epilogue was provided by Al Reinert, the Apollo historian and Oscar-nominated documentarian “For All Mankind”, as well the co-screenwriter for the Tom Hanks blockbuster “Apollo 13”.
