A Rare Recording of World War I Veterans

Rare audio recordings of veterans from World War I: Emmet Dalton of The 7th Royal Dublin Fusiliers, 16th Irish Division; Dubliner Jack Campbell of The Royal Dublin Fusiliers, 16th Irish Division, who served in the Great War with four of his older brothers; British solider Sidney Williams who served in both World War I and World War II; Harry Patch, from Combe Down in Bath, who fought in the battle of Passchendale, recalls his memories of the trenches, and the soldier he would never forget; Johnny Burke from Ballinasloe, Co. Galway who talks about his experiences in the Mesopotamian campaign of the First World War, including marching through the desert to Baghdad and to Falluja.
