People with early trauma (we) have adopted and repeated different strategies for living, that needs to be re-examined. Maybe you have learned to shut down, numb sensations or explode in the face of painful situations. Pluto is a great way to examine these patterns. We learn from our experiences all the time - when we look with the plutonian lens. If we don't answer Plutos call for consciousness, life gets complicated as we repeat what we know is destructive behavior. It can lead to living a life filled with shame, traumatic bonding and inability to take in real nourishment/support . Connecting to your inner world, so you know what goes on inside you, is really a precondition to form authentic community. In this chapter I speak a Pluto shuffle from my notes from teachers Maurice Fernandez, Jeffrey Wolfgreen and Steven forrest in my own mix, including on: • Walking alone, not just due to loss of support system, but in order to build up an authentic one • Plutos ingress to Aquarius which also means growing out of present relationships, that mirror our early relationships. It's time for new ways of finding intimacy • Pluto through the signs, including when the generational types are catapulted into the lower response such as emotional restriction • Pluto made up these lines: "Make the unconscious conscious" + "The only way is through" + "Know thy pain" • Healing at all levels of experience Welcome in my inbox - check out: https://www.therapeuticastrologer.com/ - Mannah
