My name is jerakah and until recently I felt so trapped by grief. I was feeling guilty for wanting to move forward, knowing the memories I would leave behind. 

Here on this podcast, I don’t want to ONLY talk about grief. Yes, it’s a mountain in my story but it’s not the whole story. 

Grief isn’t where my story ends. And it doesn’t have to be where yours ends either.
