Ikke hvad jeg forventede udfra titlen. Langtrukken og kedelig - de første 30 minutter handler om hvad forfatteren synes om fitness industrien! Selv om jeg er enig i mange af forfatterens meninger om denne er han MEGET generaliserende + jeg ville ønske ham bare kom igang med, hvad hans budskab er!Da han så kommer til sit budskab... Kalorieunderskud = vægttab, så er der jo absolut INTET NYT DER (bortset fra at nyeste forskning viser at der er mange flere ting, der spiller ind!).
