Forlagets beskrivelse

The unabridged, downloadable audiobook edition of Susan Cain's ground-breaking book Quiet, brilliantly read by Kathe Mazur. In Quiet, the international bestseller, Susan Cain shows how the brain chemistry of introverts and extroverts differs, and how society misunderstands and undervalues introverts. She gives introverts the tools to better understand themselves and take full advantage of their strengths. Passionately argued, superbly researched, and filled with real stories, Quiet will permanently change how we see introverts - and how you see yourself.

Enormt informativ og velskrevet. En bog alle undervisere og chefer burde læse (hvis ikke bare alle mennesker i det hele taget).

Excellent insight on personality types, I learned a lot about myself in the process - which I didn't expect. Though a little repetitive- as are many American books, it's useful as it is the essential important messages which are repeated - and a good way to learn and remember. It does have a very American focus on school and Corp environment too, which again is insightful if not always 100 relatable to the Northern European Corp and school system, but super interesting nonetheless. A recommended read - and even more so for the bookworm who before thought they were mall laced preferring a good "read" to a night out. We are completely normal and quite special - in Susan Cain's words :) - enjoy
