Rigtig god bog om forhandlingsteknik, der ikke bare vil gøre dig til en bedre forhandler, men et bedre menneske. Fokus her er meget på betydningen af alt det der omgiver selve forhandlings substans. Bogen indeholder mange gode eksempler på hvordan bogens principper kan bruges i hverdagen, men er også lidt langtrukken og gentagende... kan dog klart anbefales!
