A bizarre virus sweeps the globe, affecting half of the male population. The virus causes their penises to grow to an extraordinary 12 inches while simultaneously rendering them sterile. Initially, these men are highly sought after and exploited for their altered anatomy, becoming commodities for women who desire them for sexual purposes. Once their use is over, they are cruelly abandoned on a remote, isolated island, left to die. However, these men, far from succumbing to despair, demonstrate remarkable resilience.

The men struggle for survival, building a functional civilization based on cooperation and self-reliance.
