All I can say is that I'll be recommending this book to everyone I know. Boy o boy this was an eye opener if I've ever seen one.

Informative and interesting. Enabling me to learn many things about the human psyche and both how to use that knowledge and how to make sure that I am not exploited. The book would have done well with being more digest, maybe 20-30% could have been cut without losing impact.
